Two opportunities to procure peonies for you! The Sequim Botanical Garden Society is offering ready-to-plant peony tubers as a fundraiser for a modest donation of $5 or $10, depending on size of the potential plant and gorgeous blooms. The peony tubers will be packaged for pick up with instructions for planting and growing your peony. Cash and check donations are accepted.
On Saturday, October 19, between 1:00 and 3:00 PM, meet the gardeners to get your peonies at the Sequim Botanical Garden in Carrie Blake Community Park near the bandshell at the 500 N Blake Avenue entrance.
On Saturday, October 26, please join us from 9:00 AM – 2:00 PM at the Sequim Farmers & Artisans Market to gather your peonies on the Sequim Civic Center Plaza at 152 W Cedar Street.
The Sequim Botanical Garden Society is a volunteer partner with the City of Sequim and a 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization. We provide educational information and a visual demonstration of what can be done in home gardening with research-based horticultural practices. The Terrace Garden is located near the bandshell in the Water Reuse Demonstration Park at the north end of Carrie Blake Community Park.
