Learn Time Tested Techniques at July 27 Sequim Botanical Garden “Work to Learn” Party on Approaching Weeds

On Saturday, July 27 at 1:00 PM, the Sequim Botanical Garden Society invites you to their “Work to Learn” Party Presentation on Approaching Weeds with Bill Wrobel at the Terrace Garden in Carrie Blake Community Park. Bill will discuss a variety of approaches to dealing with weeds, including poisoning, preventing, and pulling. You are encouraged to bring your favorite weed for “show and tell”. Bill Wrobel has been involved in county-wide gardening programs since 1984, and is a certified Master Gardener in Oregon, Louisiana, and Washington. He has been active in leadership roles and his projects included garden shows and tours of homeowner gardens. He also has taught classes on plant problem diagnosis, written articles for local newspapers, and is a regular on local radio shows.
